Self Supported Ultra

In the summer of 2020, my friend Maggie and I went on a series of day long and weekend adventures in Washington state, with one of the most intense days being a run around Mt. St. Helens in a day, a very exposed 32 mile trail with thousands of feet of elevation gain and loss.

This was an awesome adventure, as it really tested my limits as to what my body can accomplish during a day. Additionally, we were unsupported, so we had to carry all our food and layers with us and filter water as we went.
